In 1994, Sandrea Friedman, Peter Goldfeder, and Peter Gosule founded The PeterSan Group with a singular vision: to create a full-service legal search firm that places attorneys in all facets of the legal market with unwavering professionalism and discretion.
For three decades, we built our reputation on disciplined screening, deep legal expertise, and confidential searches conducted with the highest standards. Our founders, themselves experienced in the legal profession, understood what law firms and corporate legal departments needed—and what attorneys valued in career transitions.
